Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Parties: You (“Client”) and Trusted Accountants Inc. (“Service Provider”)
Purpose
This agreement is intended to safeguard any confidential information exchanged during the course of professional interactions between the Client and Trusted Accountants Inc.
Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes—but is not limited to—details related to business operations, customer and supplier data, financial records, tax information, proprietary processes, intellectual property, and any data marked or understood to be confidential.
Exclusions
This agreement does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available at the time of disclosure or becomes public through no fault of the Service Provider
- Is independently developed by the Service Provider without reference to the Client’s confidential information
- Is lawfully obtained from another source without restriction
- Must be disclosed in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations
Service Provider's Responsibilities
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
- Use such information solely for the purpose of providing services to the Client
- Refrain from disclosing the information to third parties without the Client’s prior written approval, except as required by law or to authorized personnel necessary for service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality obligations beyond the termination of this agreement
Authorization to Access CRA Information
The Client authorizes Trusted Accountants Inc. to access their Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) records when necessary to perform the agreed services.
Ownership of Information
All Confidential Information remains the sole property of the Client. The Service Provider makes no claim of ownership and waives any rights to such information.
Return or Destruction of Information
At the request of the Client, or upon termination of services, the Service Provider will promptly return or securely destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in its possession.
Remedies in Case of Breach
Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of Confidential Information may entitle the Client to seek injunctive relief or pursue any other remedies permitted by law.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the province in which it is executed.
By TYPING your name below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
Terms of Service
At Trusted Accountants Inc., we are committed to clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information. Delays or omissions may affect our ability to deliver services properly.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with two weeks' written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Cancellation Period
Clients may cancel within 10 days of signing to receive a full refund.
Confidentiality
We collect only the personal information necessary for service and keep it confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
Intellectual Property
All work we create during the engagement belongs to the client and will be delivered upon completion or termination.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the province in which services are provided.
Indemnity
Clients agree to protect Trusted Accountants Inc. from any claims resulting from false or misleading information provided.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.
Billing
If services end, software subscriptions will be transferred to the client, effective immediately.
SMS Privacy Policy
At Trusted Accountants Inc., we respect your privacy and handle your mobile information with care.

How We Use It
We only use this information to send appointment reminders, service updates, or important notifications. We do not share or sell your data.
